How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog's neck girth before ordering. For collars: Generally speaking, we recommend
Size M fits neck 12.2"–19.7" (8.8–55 lbs), Size L fits neck 15.7"–26.4" (49.5–132 lbs). When in doubt, size up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from China. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days to both the United States and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on your order total:

How do I get a 5% discount on my first order as a new customer?
